This notice explains the main categories of information processed when you browse EcuLab File Service, create a dealer account or submit a file request.
Information processed
Account details, company details, contact information, vehicle and ECU data, uploaded original and modified files, support messages, transaction records and technical notes may be processed to provide the service.

File storage and access
Uploaded files are stored in protected server directories. Access should be limited to authorised administrators and the dealer account linked to the request. Hosting backups and retention periods depend on the deployed server configuration.

Dealers must have the right to upload the vehicle files and personal information they submit. Unnecessary personal data should not be included in file names or technical notes.
Requests and support
Privacy, account and file-retention requests can be submitted through the authenticated support centre. Identity verification may be required before account data is changed or deleted.
