Vehicle-specific Stage 1, Stage 1+ and Stage 2 files, plus custom projects that require technical review. Calibrations should be matched to fuel quality, hardware condition and safe torque limits.

TCU and transmission

Transmission calibration requests for compatible DSG, automatic and performance applications, including shift strategy and torque-management optimisation where supported.

Diagnostics, original and recovery

Original file sourcing, recovery-oriented requests, hot-start correction and selected diagnostic solutions based on a verified original read.

Specialist vehicles

File requests for selected commercial vehicles, heavy-duty applications, agricultural machinery and motorcycles, subject to ECU and tool compatibility.

Motorsport and off-road projects

Selected advanced functions may be available only for competition, test, export or non-road use. The dealer is responsible for confirming legal use in the destination country.

REQUEST QUALITY

What every request should include

  • A verified original file read from the vehicle
  • Complete vehicle, engine, ECU and transmission details
  • Reading tool and master/slave information
  • Requested services and relevant hardware changes
  • Logs, fault information and notes when applicable
